Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.
Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, ideal for weekend getaways.
